Restoration at Casa de Mi Padre - Tijuana

Two years ago, Pastor Abner stepped out in faith.  He left his job at a manufacturing facility, moved his wife and children to Tijuana, and became the Pastor of Casa de Mi Padre (My Father’s House).  In this community, Matamoros, there were many broken families and many struggles.  Pastor Abner’s desire was to help restore families and ultimately raise up the community, through Christ.

Opening Hearts in Granja Familiares

Comedor Francisco Villa is a ministry that truly shares OTB’s heart and vision. Beyond feeding the hungry, this place cares for people in ways that truly go "outside the bowl".  Yolanda is the volunteer caretaker at Comedor Francisco Villa and a key leader in her community, Colonia Granjas Familiares.  This neighborhood is still considered a rural area, marginalized in the tough streets of Tijuana.

Ministry at Immaculate Conception

Jesus instructs us to take care of the forgotten and the weak.  Imaculada Concepción is a feeding program that does just that by feeding the elderly people in a forgotten community on the outskirts of Tijuana. They make sure that the elderly are not only fed, but also try to encourage improvement in their all around health. They love this community of people and make an effort to serve them and develop relationships with them by talking about the ‘good days’, passed experiences and life’s important lessons. However one woman, Miguelina, has none of these stories to share.

Cambiando Vidas (Changing Lives)

Emmanuel is a child from Tijuana and part of the feeding program “Cambiando Vidas (Changing Lives). This feeding ministry is centered in one of the most marginalized zones of Tijuana; a place recognized for its extreme poverty and home to hundreds of families who fight each day to stay alive. Among issues like family abandonment, lack of employment and violence, “Cambiando Vidas” ministry truly has come to bring change to the lives of the families in this community.
